Kim Kardashian is pregnant again! The reality star is expecting baby no. 2 with husband Kanye West, she announced in the May 31 midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In the scenes teasing the second half of KUWTK's season, an excited Kim spilled the news to her family, saying, "I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!".
